Drone Insurance

Disclaimer:  Las Vegas and Henderson Drone Pilots do not indorse any insurance provider over any other provider.  This page is here for information only and to start you thinking about how much and what type of insurance you may want or need depending on the type of flying you are doing.  If you are employed, your employer may either provide the insurance or require you to be insured.   There are basically two types of insurance you will want to consider: 1) Hull insurance which covers damage or loss of your drone, and 2) Liability insurance which covers the damage that your drone causes when it lands in an uncontrolled manner.  Many people refer to this type of landing as a "crash".

If you have car/auto or homeowners insurance you may be able to get insurance from an agent you already deal with or do a Google search for "Drone Insurance" to be flooded with ad-sponsored links.
