NOTE:  Clark County Parks & Recreation Rules & Regulations mentions "Silver bowl Park".  I can't find a "Silver bowl Park", but I did find a "Old Silverbowl Park" and a "New Silverbowl Park", so I am assuming that both of these parks are approved for drones.  Also, I could not find a "Lone Mountain Park", but I did find a "Lone Mountain Regional Park" and a "Lone Mountain Discovery Park", and I am assuming that both of these parks are approved for drones.

NOTE:  The flying of drones (UAS) or model aircraft is prohibited in Wetlands Park.

Can I fly a drone at Wetlands Park?

A: No. Operation of drones and other remote aircraft within the boundaries of the park is prohibited throughout the park. Portions of Wetlands Park include Federal Land under the supervision of the Bureau of Reclamation and are subject to Federal rules regarding drones.

NOTE: FPV drones (such as the dji avata, and others) may be considered to be drones that were "designed for racing and/or maneuvers" and will require a special use permit.
